Sales Officer

Sales & Target Achievement

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (primary & secondary sales).
• Execute sales plans to improve volume and market share.
• Ensure timely order collection and product availability in the market.

Distributor & Retailer Management

• Appoint and manage distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
• Build strong relationships with channel partners for long-term business growth.
• Ensure proper stock management and smooth supply chain coordination.

Market Expansion

• Identify new markets, outlets, and growth opportunities.
• Increase product penetration in general trade and key retail stores.
• Monitor competitor activity and suggest market strategies.

Promotions & Brand Visibility

• Implement promotional schemes and marketing campaigns effectively.
• Ensure merchandising, display, and visibility of products at retail points.
• Support new product launches and sampling activities.

Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and market feedback.
• Coordinate with sales managers, marketing, and logistics teams.
• Maintain records of sales performance and distributor activities.

Candidate Profile

• 1–5 years of experience in FMCG field sales (Agarbatti experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of distributor and retailer handling.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven with ability to work in field sales environment.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
