Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Build a positive brand image and create awareness of Justdial services among new and prospective clients (SMEs).
Contact potential customers via phone to explain service features, benefits, and encourage service subscriptions by generating customer interest.
Provide advice and guidance on available service options to help customers make informed decisions.
Coordinate and schedule appointments between sales representatives and clients until deal closure.
Maintain and update follow-up data to ensure consistent client engagement.
Share regular feedback with the Team Lead on prospects and follow-up clients.
Meet assigned targets within stipulated timelines and contribute to overall team performance.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to interact clearly and professionally with customers.
Fluency in English, Telugu, and Hindi for effective multilingual communication.
Basic understanding of sales and promotional techniques for products and services.
Strong team player with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing work environments.
Proficient in basic computer operations and capable of using desktop systems efficiently.
