HR Recruiter

What role you will play in team: You'll be a key player in our team, responsible for full-cycle recruitment across various departments. You'll source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

What you will do: Partner with hiring managers, develop and implement sourcing strategies, and manage the candidate pipeline.

Key responsibility:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies using various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, networking).
• Screen resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews.
• Assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Manage the candidate pipeline and maintain regular communication.
• Track key metrics and report on recruitment progress.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• 0-1 year of experience in recruitment (Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Basic understanding of employment law and recruitment best practices.
