Recruitment Consultant

What role you will play in team: You will work directly with clients to understand their needs and source, screen and place candidates.

What you will do: You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to offer letter.

Key responsibility:

• Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned clients.
• Negotiate compensation packages with candidates and clients.
• Maintain accurate records of candidates and clients.
• Meet and exceed client expectations.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in recruitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
