As an ideal candidate for this role, you should hold an MBA in Hospital Administration or a Master's Degree in a relevant field. In addition, you should possess a substantial experience of 10 to 15 years in managing International Patient Care Services within the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall patient experience for international patients
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency in patient care services
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of patient care programs and make necessary improvements
