Financial Analyst

We are currently recruiting for the role of Financial Analyst, the role will be part of the finance department. Key duties include professionally and efficiently processing incoming requests from internal departments, banks, and auditors, as well as preparing financial information for management and external counterparties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participation in preparation and modeling of management (P&L) and analytical reporting.
• Cost calculation and control.
• Collection, verification, and aggregation of data for bank and counterparty questionnaires (projected turnover, currency transactions, covenants for average monthly balances, and other financial indicators).
• Preparation of responses to requests from banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
• Preparation of analytical tables and reports for ad hoc management requests.
• Preparation of short analytical notes and explanatory materials.
• 
  Management of reconciliations and financial settlement statements.
• Control of the accuracy of provided data.

Requirements:

• Full professional proficiency in English & Russian
• Bachelor Degree / Diploma - Finance, Economics, Accounting, Audit, or related fields. 
• 3+ years of experience in consulting, trading, logistics, audit companies, banks, or financial institutions in one of the following roles: Financial/Credit role, Junior Auditor, Financial Analyst. 
• Advanced MS Excel / Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivot tables, data structuring).
• Advanced use of MS Word / Google Docs.
• Skills in preparing business correspondence and formal responses.
• Understanding of document flow processes and accuracy in handling financial documents.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to systematize and structure information.
