Marketing Operations Specialist - SRS - Bangalore

Role Summary:

In this role, you will help ensure our marketing technology stack operates smoothly, maintain a clean and actionable database, and scale our automation processes in line with business growth.

You will work directly with platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce, and Openprise data orchestration and automation platform that unifies data silos, improves data quality, and enhances marketing operations efficiency.

What Youll Do:

• Manage and optimize data orchestration across systems like Marketo, Salesforce, and Openprise.
• 
  Maintain database health through processes such as enrichment, normalization, hygiene checks, and persona segmentation etc.
• Enhance and scale automation workflows using Openprise to meet evolving business needs.
• Troubleshoot data flow issues within the martech stack and collaborate with cross-functional teams on resolutions.
• Configuring new business processes and optimising workflows and automations using Openprise.
• Leverage AI and LLM tools (Gemini, Copilot) to drive efficiency and rearchitect existing workflows.
• Monitor and validate lead flow into Salesforce, ensuring smooth routing and accurate campaign attribution.
• Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies, optimise processes, and maintain overall data integrity.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• Familiarity with Openprise or other data orchestration/automation platforms is a strong plus.
• A data-driven mindset with a passion for workflow optimisation and operational excellence.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proven ability to identify and drive process improvements.
