Job description:

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented NOC Engineers with 35 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and a solid foundation in networking concepts to monitor, troubleshoot, and ensure the smooth operation of network systems and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor network systems, servers, and applications to ensure continuous availability.
• Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot basic networking issues.
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers or relevant teams.
• Maintain accurate incident records and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Work in a 24x7 shift environment ensuring round-the-clock monitoring and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

• Document operational procedures, incidents, and solutions for knowledge sharing.

Key Skills & Requirements

• 3–4 years of relevant experience in NOC or IT support environments.
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, switches, routers, firewalls).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays).

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, Zabbix).
• Basic knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
• Relevant certifications (CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent) are a plus.
