Product Manager (Healthcare Domain) - SRS - Hyderabad

JobSummary:

Play a pivotal role in developing and managing products that improve patient care, streamline healthcare processes, and enhance the overall healthcare experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company's goals and market needs.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and define product positioning.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define product requirements, create detailed product specifications, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
• 
  Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback, conduct user interviews, and identify pain points and areas for improvement.
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to inform product decisions.
• Develop and execute go-to-market plans, including product launches, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns.
• Work with sales and marketing teams to create compelling product messaging, sales collateral, and training materials.
• Track and analyze product performance metrics, including user adoption, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
• Continuously iterate and improve products based on data-driven insights and customer feedback.
• Any additional tasks or evolving responsibilities as assigned by the management or reporting manager, based on organizational priorities and project needs

Desired Profile:

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.

Experience:

• 5 -10 years of experience in product management, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing healthcare products.

• Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations, standards, and trends.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
