Job Description
- Create and maintain the integrity of tech packages from initial development through bulk for all categories
- Communicate all changes to the line and updates to internal and external groups throughout the lifespan of styles
- Managing all e-mail communication with overseas partners by making sure all e-mails are answered in a timely manner
- Perform 7th On Line/Affinity uploads regularly during market.
- Responsible for coordinating and leading finalization meeting for bought styles.
- Maintain marketing trim requirements/groupings.
- Maintain updates for labels of mainline/specials/Canada styles.
- Collaborate with Design & Merchandising to make sure samples are executed to Designs vision.
- Prepare and maintain line list and distribute to merchandising/sales, sourcing and design as needed throughout the current seasons.
- Partner with Raw Materials team to maintain comments in approval tracking.
- Manage library/reference for trims, wash, lab dips, prints, yarn dyes, handlooms, etc.
- Project management skills.
- Manage the team to achieve Calendar deadlines (100% based on brand priority)
- Coordinate to ensure the team receives all the details before the calendar activity.
- Follow up with the team on the deadlines and upcoming activities.
- Tracker- CPV, SMS, TOP, and RM/SMS liability.
- Global Vendor training on activities related to centric and projects.
- Step up and support the cross-functional teams.
