About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst Intern to join our IT team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in client requirement gathering, project coordination, stakeholder communication, and project delivery management.

As a Business Analyst Intern, you will work closely with clients, developers, project managers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects from requirement gathering to final delivery. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy communication, problem-solving, documentation, and coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Client Requirement Coordination

• Understand business requirements shared by clients and internal stakeholders.
• Gather and analyze project requirements and translate them into clear briefs for the technical team.
• Coordinate with account managers and delivery teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.
• Assist in documenting requirements before project execution.
• Support change requests and requirement clarifications during project delivery.

Project Delivery Support

• Track project timelines, deliverables, and progress across multiple projects.
• Coordinate with development and design teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Follow up on pending deliverables and help resolve coordination gaps.
• Support project planning and day-to-day execution activities.
• Help ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines.

Communication & Documentation

• Prepare Minutes of Meetings (MoMs) and project documentation.
• Maintain project trackers and status reports.
• Share regular updates with internal stakeholders.
• Document client feedback and communicate action items to relevant teams.
• Organize project files, reports, and communication records.

Quality & Coordination

• Assist in testing and reviewing deliverables before client submission.
• Ensure final outputs align with client expectations and project requirements.
• Escalate blockers, risks, or delays to relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate across departments to facilitate smooth project execution.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate or Final-Year Student.
• Pursuing or completed:
• BBA / MBA
• BCA / MCA
• B.Tech / BE
• Business, Operations, IT, or related programs

Skills Required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic understanding of project management concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
