What Youll Do

• Own end-to-end hiring for intern and executive-level roles.
• Source top talent through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Instahyre, referrals, social media, and campus hiring.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Draft compelling job descriptions and manage job postings across platforms.
• Maintain recruitment dashboards, ATS, and hiring reports.
• Drive campus hiring initiatives and employer branding activities.
• Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness, and hiring funnel.
• Assist in recruitment process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.

What Were Looking For

• Pursuing or completed Bachelors/MBA in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Passionate about recruitment, networking, and building relationships.
• Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, or recruitment platforms is a plus.
