SS&C GlobeOp - Associate Business Systems Analyst

We are looking for an Associate Business Systems Analyst to support business process improvements, operational efficiency initiatives, and reporting activities. The ideal candidate will work closely with multiple teams to analyze business requirements, identify solutions, and support project implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support business process improvement, risk reduction, and cost-saving initiatives
- Identify operational efficiencies and recommend value-added business solutions
- Analyze business capabilities, constraints, and alternative solutions

- Provide daily and ad-hoc customer support and maintain documentation
- Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports and metrics
- Handle escalated issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions
- Participate in project phases including requirements gathering, design, testing, and post-implementation support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution
