What You Will Get To Do:.
- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for trading and investment technology platforms.
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, UX, and design teams to deliver high-quality features across web and mobile applications.
- Partner with clients, sales, and implementation teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into clear product specifications and user stories.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and client expectations.
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle management, from concept to launch and continuous enhancement.
- Communicate progress, key metrics, and strategic direction to executive leadership and stakeholders.
What You Will Bring:.
- 8-12 years of IT experience and 5+ years in Product Management within the technology or financial services industry.
- Experience in building and managing API products is a strong plus.
- Hands-on experience with buy-side systems (OMS, EMS, IMS, ECN) or sell-side vendor integration is preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial instruments, trading workflows, and the trade lifecycle.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
