Job Description
Were Hiring: Sales Manager (Agri / Agri-Tech)
Looking for a hands-on Sales Manager to drive revenue and own the complete sales cyclefrom lead generation to deal closure.
What youll do:
- Build pipelines and partnerships with farmers, FPOs, cooperatives & institutions
- Run product demos, negotiate, and close deals
- Strengthen client relationships and track adoption via CRM
- Drive targets, forecasting, and sales reporting
What were looking for:
- 57 years of sales experience (Agri-tech / equipment preferred)
- Strong negotiation & relationship-building skills
- Exposure to govt tenders, procurement & subsidies is a plus
Success metrics: Revenue growth, conversion ratios, FPO tie-ups & repeat business.
