Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled HR Manager to oversee payroll management, compliance, performance evaluation, and strategic HR operations. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in HR functions and strong expertise in employment laws and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process payroll accurately and on time
- Maintain and update HRMS data, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Generate payroll reports and handle employee queries related to payroll
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and labor laws
- Collaborate with the HR team to optimize HRMS functionality and support other HR processes
- Develop strategic HR plans, KPIs, and training programs
- Provide technical expertise on HR policies and best practices
Required Skills:
