- The Junior Human Resources Consultant position at our company in Indore is a full-time on-site role that requires you to handle various tasks related to HR management, policies, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. Your responsibilities will include implementing HR policies, maintaining employee relations, and ensuring adherence to labor laws.
To excel in this role, you should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR management skills, a good understanding of HR policies and employee relations, familiarity with labor and employment law, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, the capacity to maintain confidentiality, and effectively manage sensitive information. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required for this position.
