Job description:

Opening for International Voice Process (US Healthcare)Required Skills:

1. Strong English Comprehension and Communication Skills (Written, Listening, and Oral)
2. Good Understanding of US accent.
3. US Healthcare knowledge is preferred
4. Prior experience in the International Calling process (Inbound / Outbound any)
5. Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
6. Ready to handle pressure (as there will be paid overtime when required) and extended shifts
7. BPO International calling experience is a must
8. Good communication skills
9. Must have basic computer knowledge
10. Flexibility to work in shifts (day/night/rotational)
11. Willingness to work on weekends/public holidays (as per business needs).
12. Customer-centric approach with problem-solving ability.

14. US Insurance Eligibility & Benefit Verification knowledge (Added Advantage)
15. Exposure in handling w/ US & UK customers
16. Candidates going to be interviewed and screened by specialized "English Academy" trainers from the company.
17. The candidate should be ready to do overtime also if required, which will be paid per hour and extra apart from the salary.
18. Minimum 6 months of experience in any of the above criteria is required.
