Job Description
- About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Team Lead with over 5 years of experience to manage and lead our full-stack development team. The ideal candidate should possess extensive expertise in Node.js, AWS, and MongoDB, in addition to strong leadership and project management abilities. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising the development of scalable and high-performance applications while guiding the team towards delivering top-notch solutions.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers to ensure successful project deliveries.
- Cultivate a collaborative environment that promotes team growth and the sharing of knowledge.
- Conduct regular code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to best practices.
Technical Expertise:
- Architect, design, and build scalable and efficient backend services using Node.js (Express) and Go Lang.
- Design and oversee cloud-based infrastructure on AWS, including EC2, ECS, RDS, Lambda, and other relevant services.
- Collaborate with MongoDB to create, implement, and maintain high-performance database solutions.
- Utilize Docker and serverless technologies such as SST to streamline deployments and infrastructure management.
