What role you will play in team: You will investigate motor vehicle accidents, assess damages, and determine claim payouts.

Key responsibility:

• Investigate motor vehicle accidents to determine liability and damages.
• Collect evidence, including photographs and witness statements.
• Assess the extent of vehicle damage and personal injury.
• Negotiate settlements with claimants and repair shops.

• Prepare detailed reports summarizing the findings of investigations.
• Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in claims adjustment preferred.
• Knowledge of motor vehicle insurance laws and regulations.
• Excellent investigative and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
