• Mandatory (Skill 1): Must have experience with commercial / contract ownership — SOW restructuring, renewals, amendments, pricing alignment, and revenue tracking

Mandatory (Skill 2): Must have cross-functional leadership ability (Delivery, PMO, Invoicing, Sales), strong governance, and data-driven account management, owning metrics like CSAT, retention/renewal, revenue growth, and account profitability
