Sr. Marketing Manager US Market (India - Remote)
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. This hands-on role will focus on executing branding and lead generation campaigns to increase Stage 4 Solutions brand awareness and capture leads. Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and process-driven marketing professional who is open to learning new skills and tasks. Candidate MUST have experience working for US based B2B or Services/Staffing companies marketing to the US market.

We specialize in serving Fortune 500 and emerging leaders by providing seasoned marketing, IT and operations professionals for both short-term and long-term needs across high tech, pharmaceutical, aerospace/defense, healthcare and government verticals.

This role reports to the VP of Marketing based in the US.
This is a full time, 40 hour per week role, based in India. MUST work in US - EST business hours.
Responsibilities
  • Learn Stage 4 Solutions services, approach, processes and systems.
  • Administer the CRM system, HubSpot, and other marketing systems.
  • Working with the VP of Marketing, execute multiple campaigns to drive awareness and interest to Stage 4 Solutions services and generate client leads.
  • Create content including articles, social media posts and graphics, video content, and other marketing collateral (such as client presentations or service overview documents) as needed.
  • Understand Stage 4 Solutions target audience, build target lists, and maintain a clean contact database.
  • Prepare reports
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing in US-based B2B/Staffing/Services companies, reporting to a US-based manager.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • MUST have attention to detail, be process-oriented, have the drive to succeed with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Previous experience using CRM and marketing automation systems (HubSpot preferred), email marketing platforms, LinkedIn automation platforms, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube) and data intelligence platforms (ZoomInfo, Seamless.ai), graphic and video creation/design software (Canva, etc.) required.
  • Bachelors degree
