Investment Banking Analyst - Syndicated Loans

What role you will play in team: You'll be an integral part of the Syndicated Loans team, supporting senior bankers on the origination and execution of loan transactions.

What you will do: You'll contribute to financial modeling, credit analysis, and preparing documentation for clients and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibility:

• Conducting credit analysis and risk assessments for potential borrowers.
• Preparing financial models and valuation analyses for loan transactions.
• Assisting in the preparation of loan documentation, including term sheets and credit agreements.
• Supporting senior bankers in marketing loans to potential lenders.
• Monitoring existing loan portfolios and managing risk.
• Maintaining and updating financial models and databases.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Bloomberg Terminal.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Understanding of syndicated loan structures and the lending process.
