Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Birbhum for a Branch Manager. The Branch Manager will oversee day-to-day operations at the branch, ensuring smooth workflows and the achievement of business goals. Responsibilities include setting sales targets, managing branch functions, building client relationships, leading and motivating the team, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Additional duties may involve overseeing claim processing, monitoring customer satisfaction, and generating relevant reports to analyze branch performance.

• Proficiency in sales and business development strategies to achieve targets.
• Knowledge of operational processes, compliance guidelines, and report analysis.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders.
• Problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills under pressure.
• Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or related fields is preferred.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline; postgraduate qualifications are a plus.
• Proficiency in local language(s) is highly desirable.
