Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Kolkata for the role of Agency Development Manager. The Agency Development Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and mentoring insurance agents to drive sales and achieve business growth. Key responsibilities include identifying potential agents, implementing sales strategies, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering strong professional relationships. The role will also involve ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining high-quality customer service standards in agency operations.
Qualifications

• Proficiency in Recruitment, Training, and Mentorship of sales agents.
• Strong expertise in Sales Strategy, Target Achievement, and Business Development.
• Effective Communication, Relationship Building, and Team Management skills.
• Organizational and Analytical abilities for performance tracking and reporting.
• A Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in the insurance sector or in agency management will be an advantage.
