Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Manager, located in Indore. The Agency Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and supervising insurance agents, driving sales, and achieving business goals. Daily tasks include setting targets, monitoring performances, ensuring compliance with company policies, and developing strategies to expand the customer base. The role involves building strong relationships with agents, clients, and other stakeholders to deliver excellent service and meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, training, and team management skills
• Sales and business development skills, including setting targets and monitoring performances
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with agents, clients, and stakeholders
• Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations
• Excellent organizational and strategic planning abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Indore
• Bachelors degree in Business, Management, or related field
• Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus
