Affiliate Marketing Executive

We are seeking a skilled Affiliate Executive with 34 years of hands-on experience in managing affiliate partnerships, executing performance-based marketing campaigns, and driving revenue through affiliate networks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of affiliate platforms like CJ, Avangate, etc., and possess the ability to grow affiliate programs strategically.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow affiliate partner relationships to drive traffic and revenue.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners.
• Optimize existing affiliate campaigns by analyzing performance and ROI.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track KPIs and take corrective action.

• Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop affiliate marketing assets.
• Coordinate with finance for timely tracking and commission payouts.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor strategies in affiliate marketing.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing or performance marketing.
• Strong knowledge of affiliate platforms such as Commission Junction (CJ).
