Job Summary:
Airtel Cybernet is hiring dynamic and customer-focused individuals for the Chat Support Process. The role involves handling customer queries via chat, providing timely resolutions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and concerns via chat in a professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
- Resolve customer issues within defined TAT
- Maintain quality and productivity standards
- Document interactions accurately in the system
- Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when required
- Ensure excellent customer experience and satisfaction
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum qualification: Graduate with 1Year experience into blended or chat process.
- Good written communication skills in English
- Basic computer knowledge and typing speed
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Customer-centric approach and problem-solving skills
- Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
