Job Description



    • Bachelors degree , Communications, Education, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a customer service or BPO environment.
    • Previous experience as a trainer or in training roles (preferred).
    • Proven ability to train and develop employees in a call center or customer service setting.
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of customer service processes, systems, and best practices.

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to create engaging and interactive training content.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to assess learning needs and adjust training programs accordingly.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Learning Management Systems
