Job Description
- Bachelors degree , Communications, Education, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a customer service or BPO environment.
- Previous experience as a trainer or in training roles (preferred).
- Proven ability to train and develop employees in a call center or customer service setting.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of customer service processes, systems, and best practices.
