Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage training programs from planning to evaluation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and deliver product trainings, process trainings, and soft skills trainings to employees across various levels.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Training Need Identification (TNI) to identify gaps in employee skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop effective learning materials.
- Analyze training metrics to measure effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for future improvements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 6-11 years of experience in Learning & Development or related field.

- Strong understanding of LMS systems and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to engage audiences effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
