Job Description
Role & responsibilities :
- Customer Interaction Management: Responding to inquiries voice, email maintaining a high volume of interactions while providing a positive experience.
- Problem Resolution & Support: Troubleshooting issues, answering questions about products or services, and de-escalating situations with dissatisfied customers.
- Data Accuracy & Documentation: Updating customer records and account information in the CRM system with high accuracy.
- Performance Metrics: Adhering to KPIs such as First Call Resolution (FCR), Average Handling Time (AHT), and quality assurance scores.
- Product Knowledge: Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company products, policies, and services.
Inbound vs. Outbound Responsibilities
- Inbound Agents: Focus on reactive support, answering questions, and troubleshooting.
- Outbound Agents: Focus on proactive contact, such as cold calling, conducting surveys, or selling products.
Preferred candidate profile :
- Communication : Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Qualification : Graduation is Mandatory.
- Requirement : Fresher can apply for Inbound & Experience for Outbound Process.
