Role & responsibilities :

• Customer Interaction Management: Responding to inquiries voice, email maintaining a high volume of interactions while providing a positive experience.

• Problem Resolution & Support: Troubleshooting issues, answering questions about products or services, and de-escalating situations with dissatisfied customers.

• Data Accuracy & Documentation: Updating customer records and account information in the CRM system with high accuracy.

• Performance Metrics: Adhering to KPIs such as First Call Resolution (FCR), Average Handling Time (AHT), and quality assurance scores.

• Product Knowledge:
  
  Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company products, policies, and services.

Inbound vs. Outbound Responsibilities

• Inbound Agents: Focus on reactive support, answering questions, and troubleshooting.
• Outbound Agents: Focus on proactive contact, such as cold calling, conducting surveys, or selling products.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Communication : Excellent verbal and written skills.

• Qualification : Graduation is Mandatory.
