GM/AGM- Accounts & Taxation (GST)

We are looking for an experienced finance professional to lead Accounts and Taxation functions, with strong expertise in GST compliance, financial reporting, and team management. The role involves overseeing end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting business decision-making through financial insights.

Core Accounting & Compliance

• Strong expertise in GST compliance (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C)
• In-depth knowledge of Income Tax, TDS, and statutory regulations
• Experience in financial statement finalization (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow)
• Hands-on experience with GST audits and assessments

Financial Management & Reporting

• Strong command over MIS reporting and financial analysis
• Ability to interpret financial data for business decision-making
• Experience in working capital and cash flow management

Audit & Controls

• Proven experience in internal and statutory audits
• Strong understanding of internal controls and compliance frameworks

Systems & Tools

• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP / Tally / Oracle)
• Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, financial modeling, reconciliation)

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Experience in team handling and leadership roles
• Strong coordination with auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
