Financial Reporting Analyst

What role you will play in team: You will be responsible for accurate and timely financial reporting for various State Street Bank entities in India.

What you will do: This role involves preparing financial statements, conducting account reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key responsibility:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
• Maintain accurate and detailed accounting records.
  
• Assist with audits and regulatory examinations.
• Support the development and implementation of internal controls.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 0-1 year of experience in financial reporting or accounting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
