Role Description
We are seeking a motivated Junior QA Engineer to join our quality engineering team. You will support software testing, defect tracking, test case execution, and quality assurance activities while gaining hands-on experience with modern QA practices and real-world project delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- 0–1 years of experience in software testing, QA, or related role
- Basic understanding of manual testing concepts, test cases, and defect lifecycle
- Familiarity with functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing
- Basic knowledge of automation testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar is a plus
- Working knowledge of bug tracking tools such as Jira or similar
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
- Ability to identify, document, and communicate defects clearly
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup and manage multiple tasks
