About the Role
We are looking for dynamic Technical Recruiters with proven experience in technology hiring. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology roles, sourcing strategies, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the end-to-end hiring process for technical and functional roles.
- Build talent pipelines for niche and high-demand skills in emerging technologies.
- Partner with Engineering Leaders & Hiring Managers to deliver a frictionless, high-quality candidate experience.
- Execute and optimize sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other technical communities.
- Assess candidate fit through structured screening and coordinate robust technical evaluations.
- Leverage your LinkedIn presence and professional brand to engage passive talent and promote employer branding.
- Stay updated with evolving technology trends and continuously refine sourcing techniques.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in technical recruiting across various tech stacks and platforms.

- Expertise in niche or hard-to-fill roles using creative sourcing techniques.
- A strong LinkedIn presence with active engagement.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and candidate experience delivery.
