Role & responsibilities
• Project Sales Revenue: Measure the total revenue generated from project sales against set targets, ensuring revenue growth.
- Project Timeliness: Assess the ability to complete projects within established timelines, meeting or exceeding project delivery schedules.
- Client Satisfaction: Gather client feedback and assess client satisfaction with project execution, aiming for high levels of customer contentment.
• Project Compliance: Ensure all projects meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards, minimizing instances of non-compliance.
• Project Cost Control: Monitor project budgets and compare actual costs to planned budgets, focusing on effective cost management.
• Resource Allocation Efficiency: Evaluate the efficient allocation of resources, such as manpower and materials, to optimize project performance and reduce resource wastage.
• Project Documentation: Ensure the maintenance of accurate and comprehensive project records, including work reports, service records, and parts used.
- Market Analysis: Continuously assess market trends, competitor activities, and adapt sales and project strategies as necessary to remain competitive.
- Risk Management: Evaluate the ability to identify and mitigate project risks effectively, reducing unexpected project delays or issues.
Preferred candidate profile :
Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, cross-functional teams, and management, ensuring clarity and understanding.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills to guide project sales teams, motivate team members, and drive collective success.
- Problem-Solving: Proficiency in problem-solving to address project challenges and client concerns promptly and effectively.
• Client-Centric Approach: A strong focus on customer satisfaction and the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Negotiation Skills: Proficiency in negotiation to secure favorable terms with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. Functional Skills and Knowledge:
- Project Management: Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and project closure, to ensure project success.
- Sales and Marketing: A comprehensive understanding of sales and marketing strategies and techniques to drive project sales.
- Budget Management: Proficiency in budget management, resource allocation, and cost control to ensure project profitability.
- Technical Aptitude: A fundamental technical understanding of uPVC and aluminum doors and windows or related construction products. Technical Skills and Knowledge:
- Technical Drawings: Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and manuals related to construction products.
• Industry Knowledge: An understanding of the construction industry, market trends, and competitor activities. • Software Tools: Familiarity with project management software and tools for effective project planning and tracking.
