About the Role

Our Client is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead Quality operations, drive compliance, manage internal audits, and oversee QMS processes. The ideal candidate must have 5-7+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the Oil & Gas industry.

This role requires a strong leader who can ensure zero-defect performance, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive continuous process improvements across the value stream.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and communicate Quality programs, business goals, and compliance initiatives.
• Manage and maintain the local QMS and conduct internal audits (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).
• Ensure regulatory compliance in product complaint handling and field actions.
• Develop and implement quality metrics to support manufacturing excellence.
• Drive shop-floor improvements and defect reduction initiatives.
• Collaborate with Operations and Technical teams for process enhancements.
• Liaise with customers and SQE teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Mentor teams and promote a strong Quality culture.
• Ensure Quality oversight of all in-house manufactured products.

Candidate Requirements

Education & Knowledge

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quality, or related field.
• ASQ certification in Quality is preferred.

• Familiarity with audit methodology, audit reporting, and the process approach.

Experience

• 5–7+ years of experience in Quality roles within a manufacturing environment.
• Oil & Gas industry experience strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
