Job Requirements
Details:

• Work closely with L&D team to support on training requirements
• Support L&D team to design, update and deliver learning initiatives
• Support L&D teams approach to training engagement and evaluation including ways to assess the training effectiveness and overall training impact

• Update the training data regularly and keep it up to date
• Research on L&D best practices, business case studies and share ideas on process improvement
• Share L&D dashboards and reports with relevant stakeholders regularly
• Share ideas to improve learner engagement and training effectiveness
  

Qualifications:

• MBA / Masters degree with Specialization in HR
