Job Overview:

We are hiring an Electrical Engineering Innovation Lead to spearhead R&D in electrical power systems

Role & responsibilities

• Lead research and development initiatives in electrical power systems and software-defined power solutions
  
• Drive technology innovation to improve cost efficiency and system reliability
  
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams for new developments, infrastructure upgrades, and rectifications
  
• Conduct modeling, simulation, and data analysis using MATLAB and COMSOL
  
• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance performance and reduce costs

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Masters / Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering (Power Engineering preferred)
  
• Experience:10+ years in electrical engineering, design, and R&D
  
• Mandatory: Hands-on expertise in MATLAB and COMSOL for simulations and modeling
  
• Strong background in power systems design, construction, and commissioning
  
• Exposure to data center environments preferred
