Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Quality Analyst (QA) with 3+ years of experience in Banking or FinTech, specifically in KASA (Current Account & Savings Account) and Term Deposit (TD) modules. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, and regulatory compliance of retail banking applications related to account management and deposit products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements for KASA and Term Deposit products.
• Prepare detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Validate end-to-end workflows including:
  • 
    Account Opening (Savings/Current)
  • Customer Onboarding & KYC verification
  • Account maintenance & closures
  • Interest calculation & posting
  • Term Deposit booking, renewal, and foreclosure
  • Premature withdrawal & penalty calculations
• Verify interest computation (simple/compound), maturity amount, TDS calculations.
• Perform database validation using SQL queries.
• Conduct API testing (if applicable).
• Log, track, and retest defects using tools like JIRA or similar.
• Collaborate with Business, Development, and Operations teams.
• Support UAT and production deployment activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal banking standards.

  Get Hired
  Minimum 3+ years of experience in Software Testing within Banking/FinTech domain.
• Strong understanding of:
  • KASA (Current & Savings Account) processes
  • Term Deposit (Fixed Deposit/Recurring Deposit) lifecycle
• Knowledge of interest calculation methods and banking accounting entries.
• Hands-on experience in Manual Testing; exposure to Automation is an added advantage.
• Experience with defect tracking tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.).
• Working knowledge of SQL for backend data validation.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.

• Experience working with Core Banking Systems (CBS).
• Understanding of RBI guidelines and retail banking compliance norms.
• Exposure to digital banking platforms and mobile banking applications.

Educational Qualification:
BE / BTech / BSc IT / MCA or equivalent
