Job Description

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist - IT

Location: Thane (W), Mumbai.

Experience: 1-3 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time (In Office)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical positions, including RPA Developers (UiPath / Automation Anywhere), Test Automation Engineers, QA professionals, Project Leads, BI and other niche technology roles.
  • Source and screen candidates for IT roles using job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, internal databases, referrals, and networking channels.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess technical exposure, role fit, and candidate interest.
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth communication between candidates, hiring managers, and technical panels.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases with accurate and timely information.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups, feedback collection, and documentation throughout the hiring lifecycle.
  • Screen and interview candidates for both technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience while maintaining professionalism and alignment with company values.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • 1-3 years of recruitment experience with a strong focus on IT / technical hiring.
  • Deep understanding of technical roles in automation (RPA), software quality, test automation, development, and related technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment tools (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, job boards).

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously and deliver in a fast-paced environment.

Employment Terms:

  • This position will initially be offered on a 36-month contract basis. Upon successful completion of the contract and a satisfactory performance evaluation at the end of the contract period, the candidate will be considered for full-time employment with the organisation.

Preferred:

  • Experience hiring for technology consulting, product engineering, automation practices, or IT services firms.
  • Immediate Joiners preferred.
