Job Description

The company Sterco Digitex, a Digital Media Company, is known for its high-end services in Web, New Media, and ELearning. With over 20 years of experience, Sterco Digitex has established itself as a trusted information technology firm with expertise in digital media technology.

As a Web Developer with 2-3 years of experience, your responsibilities will include using PHP Laravel for web development, along with experience in WordPress Plugins. You will be tasked with developing, testing, deploying, supporting, and maintaining PHP scripts, applications, and web portals. Additionally, you will work on RESTful APIs for CRM/ERP application integration and database architecture design.
Your role will also involve expertise in CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript, along with ensuring the quality of code and applications by adhering to best practices and coding standards. Familiarity with deploying websites on Server/Cloud Infrastructure, CDN, Redis, and AWS services is essential. You will collaborate with team members to troubleshoot development and production issues and provide time and effort estimations for project requirements.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of PHP web MVC frameworks like Laravel and experience in developing PHP-based web applications, Web Services (JSON), and MySQL. Proficiency in deploying websites on platforms like CentOS/Ubuntu, Apache/NGINX is required. You should possess excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
