Job Description
Role & responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls efficiently and provide prompt, courteous service to patients and customers.
- Manage outbound calls for follow-ups, reminders, and feedback collection.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for OPD, diagnostic, and consultation services.
- Maintain and update patient records in the hospital system (HIS/CRM).
- Provide information regarding hospital facilities, doctors availability, and consultation timings.
- Coordinate with departments like OPD, Billing, Laboratory, Radiology, and Admission for smooth service delivery.
- Escalate unresolved patient issues or service requests to the concerned department or supervisor.
- Achieve call handling, quality, and productivity targets as per hospital standards.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance service quality.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient data and follow all hospital policies and procedures.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Polite, empathetic, and customer-focused attitude.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, HIS/CRM tools).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
