Job Description
- Role Overview:
You will be supporting the BE Lead in implementing, monitoring, and documenting the status of various improvement initiatives within the BU/sub-unit. Your key accountabilities will include defining the annual plan for the Business Excellence function, executing studies for identifying improvement opportunities, documenting excellence activities, planning and implementing process audits, and following Sterlite's values while practicing continual improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support in defining the annual plan for the Business Excellence function
- Execute studies across the planning/delivery team to identify improvement opportunities
- Document all excellence activities
- Plan and implement on-ground process audits
- Follow Sterlite's values and practice continual improvement
Qualification Required:
- Engineer with 2-6 years of experience
- Understanding of Six Sigma, Kaizen, and 5S
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects
- Minimum of 5 years designing and configuring MM modules

- Knowledge and experience of Ariba and SAP MM interfaces
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects simultaneously
- Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
