Job Description
- As a SAP Operations Lead at STL Digital, you will be responsible for managing SAP functional and technical work streams. With your 10-12 years of experience, including at least 6 years in SAP, you will bring your expertise in at least two SAP modules. Ideally, you should have a background in the OIL and GAS sector and a minimum of 6 years of experience working with End user companies. Your excellent communication and analytical skills will be crucial for this role.
Your main responsibilities will include project planning, control & monitoring, progress reporting to the function head and key business stakeholders. You will liaise with IT outsourced partners to ensure SLAs are met and support KPIs. Working closely with business stakeholders, you will contribute to business enablement initiatives and oversee project risk and issue management. Your role will also involve driving change management and continuous improvement in SAP program and project delivery.
You will need to identify and build strong relationships with stakeholders and business users involved in various SAP-focused programs and projects. Collaborating with department Project Managers, you will support tasks as required and ensure successful delivery of SAP projects. Additionally, you will oversee the activities of other colleagues in different aspects of the program/project, including testing and training support. Supporting and coaching team members through the program and project processes will be part of your responsibilities.
