Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to expand the companys natural stone

exports to international markets, especially in the US market.

• Identify and evaluate potential markets and clients, conducting market

research to understand market trends, competition, and customer preferences.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and

partners to maximize sales and market penetration.

• Collaborate with the internal team to understand customer requirements and

develop customized export solutions to meet their needs.

• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of agreements with international clients,

ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.

• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export laws, and

customs requirements.

• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports on export activities, providing regular

updates to senior management.

• Collaborate with internal teams, such as production, quality control, and finance,

logistics to ensure smooth coordination and execution of export operations.

• Stay updated with industry advancements, new product developments, and emerging

market trends to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree.
2. Minimum Experience 5+ years in international sales.
3. Mandatory Experience in the USA with a strong travel history. Additional markets
4. like UK, Europe, Middle East are an added advantage.  Proven experience as an Export Manager or similar role in the natural stone industry.
5. Fluent in written and spoken English
6. Willingness to travel internationally as & when required

Working Days and time

Monday to Friday – 09.00 am to 05.30 pm (Work from Office)

Saturday – 09.00 am to 02.00 pm (Work from Home)
