Account Executive - Client Servicing

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our Client Servicing team. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between clients and internal creative, social media, and performance marketing teams, ensuring smooth execution of digital campaigns and timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Account Manager in managing day-to-day client communication.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Creative, Social Media, Performance Marketing, and Content) to ensure timely campaign execution.
• Manage social media calendars, campaign timelines, and project deliverables.
• Understand client requirements and prepare clear briefs for internal teams.
• Track campaign progress and ensure deadlines are met.
• Assist in campaign reporting, presentations, and performance reviews.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables and prompt resolution of client queries.
