Data Scientist - GenAI & Agentic AI

We are hiring for the world's largest Management Consulting firm looking for an experienced Data Scientist with strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI and Agentic AI. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing, deploying and optimizing AI/ML models, building LLM-powered applications and designing autonomous AI agents to solve complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, train, evaluate and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for business applications.
• Design and implement Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Build Agentic AI applications involving autonomous agents, multi-agent systems and AI-driven workflows.
• Work on LLM-based applications using RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), prompt engineering and fine-tuning techniques.
• Develop intelligent AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, tool calling and executing multi-step tasks.
• Work with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen or similar.
• Implement vector databases and semantic search solutions using FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate or equivalent.
• Apply NLP techniques, transformers and deep learning architectures to solve business problems.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, exploratory data analysis and statistical modelling.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to take AI solutions from experimentation to production.
• Monitor model performance, optimize inference and ensure scalability, accuracy and reliability of AI applications.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong programming experience in Python.
• Hands-on experience in Data Science, Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs and Transformer architectures.
• Practical experience in Agentic AI and autonomous AI agent development.
• Experience with RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector databases and prompt engineering.
• Knowledge of NLP, neural networks and statistical modelling.
• Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen or LlamaIndex.
• Exposure to OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Llama or other LLM models.
• Experience deploying AI/ML solutions using cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Knowledge of APIs, Docker, ML pipelines and MLOps is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field.
• Experience building production-grade GenAI and Agentic AI applications.
• Experience with multi-agent orchestration, AI automation and tool integration.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
