Role Overview:

As the Leadership Hiring Leader based in Pune, you will serve as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team, driving the acquisition of top-tier talent to fuel our organization's growth. You will be responsible for end-to-end executive search mandates, managing high-stakes relationships with internal stakeholders and external search partners to ensure a seamless hiring experience. By identifying and attracting industry-leading professionals, you will directly influence our long-term business trajectory and organizational culture, ensuring that our leadership pipeline remains robust, diverse, and aligned with our global vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end executive search lifecycle for senior management roles to ensure the organization attracts high-impact leaders who drive business transformation.
• Partner with C-suite executives and business unit heads to define leadership competency frameworks and talent requirements, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies for passive, high-profile candidates to build a sustainable pipeline of future-ready leadership talent.
• Oversee employer branding initiatives specifically tailored for the leadership market to enhance our reputation as an employer of choice among industry veterans.
