Job Description

Engagement Overview

External freelance consultant ( retainer) engaged to perform a systems-level audit of software development execution
Focus on objective validation, not subjective assessment or opinion
Purpose is to provide evidence-based insights to leadership

Purpose & Objectives

Validate alignment between:
Project management data
Code activity
Communication signals
Identify:
Systemic risks
Delivery waste
Data integrity gaps
Misalignment between reported metrics and actual system behavior

Scope & Constraints

Non-intervention, read-only engagement
Consultant will not:
Manage delivery
Coach teams
Evaluate individuals
Participate in day-to-day workflows
No interviews, meetings, or direct interaction with developers or teams
All analysis derived strictly from operational system data
Access provided via client-owned, read-only accounts

Data Sources

(project management and workflow data)
(code activity and contribution signals)
(communication patterns and operational signals)

Consultant Responsibilities

Validate platform alignment
Identify gaps between:
Dashboard metrics
Actual system behavior
Monitor predefined:
